we focus on:
•1800-2500 Daily Calorie Intake
•3 Meals a Day which will also help with proper digestion.
•Each Meal will contain 40-60g of Protein (About 150g Protein per day)
•Eating Guides which incorporates a healthy snack or shake.
•Digestion & Hydration tips to improve digestion efficiency.
In this plan we choose the meals. Please let us know your preferences or any allergies in the order notes.
Packages including protein snacks will receive a mix of protein oat balls, protein cookies or protein brownies.
Packages including vitamins will recieve either a multivitamin, digestive enzymes or green superfood veggie smoothie powder.
