WEIGHT LOSS PLAN
(LOW CARB)
Our Weight Loss Plan is very simple, we focus on reaching a caloric deficit by selecting low calorie, low fat, and high protein meals that you will enjoy:
•Low calorie daily intake (under 1500 calories per day)
•3 Meals a day which helps with proper digestion.
•Each meal will contain 30-50g of protein (About 100g protein per day)
All meal plans are delivered weekly on Sundays as long as you order by Friday morning.
